Women's Empowerment Workshop

Women's Empowerment Workshop

The predecessor of the Women's Empowerment Workshop was Ying Salon, founded on June 21, 2014 as a way to connect graduated Dandelion students. Combining topical sharing and socializing, its mission is to build a platform for Dandelion students to exchange professionally, showcase charm, free their spirits, co-build and share, as an effective way to broaden horizons and elevate taste in work and daily life. With the ongoing salons, everyone hoped each sharing theme would focus more on empowering women, gradually transforming towards empowerment workshops. In March 2021, Ying Salon fully revamped and upgraded. While continuing to address women's popular needs and topics, it places more emphasis on empowering women's growth, sharpening content quality, building a more diverse exchange platform, achieving broader cooperation. Upgraded workshops are now all offline, interactive, monthly, limited to 30 seats. Planning to open to the public, allowing more women to learn about the Dandelion Program and participate.
